These work great for my walks. They are a bit heavy, so beware. The inside "tongue" is attached to elastic on either side of each foot (inside the shoe), so they hold my foot in. It also makes them a little narrower inside. The laces go way up on the tongue, but don't bother my high instep. They hold me better than my "hiking-tennis" shoes. Not for everyone.The shoe was too narrow not even wide had to return disappointedThe brand new sneakers had glue on the top of shoe from being made but looks brown in color on the white mesh part!I LOVE LOVE LOVE my sneakers.Perfect fit.Had to break the shoes in but very comfortableBeautiful and fits perfectlyNiceUne demie pointure de trop ça aurait été mieux pour moi.
