I am a shoe snob and believe in quality shoes. It’s unusual for me to order something like this but I needed a warm boot that doesn’t weight eleventy pounds each. I really wasn’t expecting much except maybe returning for a refund. That will not be happening. I decided to just try them on quickly and go about my day. They stayed on my feet the next nine hours. My legs and feet did not ache at all. I’m considering adding another color. They are not the cutest and girliest boots but inconspicuous enough to be very versatile. They actually look quite cute with lined leggings and a sweatshirt. This shoe is like the perfect mix of a house slipper and warm hiking boot. If you’re reading these reviews you are thinking about it, so just go ahead!Sizing: standard size is 7.5 or 38. I ordered 38 and with regular socks they are perfect. With thick boot socks, my toe feels a little close to the end but not extremely uncomfortable. I think the next size up might be too large but I’m still on the fence about that.
