Overall it’s a good shoe for walking. Might have label very good but in my opinion the run a half to whole size small. I wear a 9.5-10, and these are size 10, and my toe at the end of the shoe with no room.Shoes fit perfectly. They feel like heaven on feet that are so broken down from extremely hard factory work all of my life. I tried many different shoes over the last 4 decades and these are absolutely the best. The reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because, for me, the raised bottoms caused me to trip and almost fall since I had knee replacements that don't allow me to bend my knees to walk properly. They are 5 star in my book but only 4 because of my knee problems. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for an excellent shoe for foot relief.Took two days to gently get use to shoe in home before shift at golf club. By the second shift I could tell my feet and lower back appreciated these shoes. Did not need additional arch support. Very pleased two weeks later.I take a 14M, and these seem a bit on the tight side. It's obviously to early for a accurate review as I only got these, but I think after stretching out they may be ok. It will take a bit of finagling to get both inserts in, but persevere. I find that either my right foot is bigger than the left, or the right shoe is smaller than the left. That the first thing I noticed after putting these on. If they hold up to my walking for at least a year, I'll be satisfied.It felt funny at first. After a few steps around the block, they were feeling good. Less pain on my feet and ankle. Best sneakers I’ve bought so far. I do have neuropathy.The shoes arrived on time since I received them my feet are better and my ability to stand for longer duration has greatly increased. I walk with less pain, I recommend these shoes to any one whose got knee or ankle pain, they really do change how you walk , stand very much worth your investmentI initially ordered these because I heard from our rheumatoid arthritis BSN/RN how they have helped her while on her feet for 12-14 hour days working. I lost a kneecap from a severe football injury in the late 1960's and in 1982 they removed my iliac crest from my left hip and anchored it on my left shin to stabilize the joint, an operation called the McKay Procedure. In 2019 I had the left knee total replacement done. I have struggled with hip, knee, and foot pain for years and thought the total knee replacement would solve all that but it didn't. The shoes have made a huge difference for me in all the areas I was suffering in. I actually got on here to order a 2nd pair to wear for dress and to wear the first pair for work around the house.I saw this thing asking me to evaluate my purchase and I am pleased to do that. I understand the caution in spending a lot of money on something that is advertised to help with pain like so many others, but my Arthritis nurse has rheumatoid arthritis and she wears them and she has never recommended anything to me in the years I have known her. I am so glad she did, they have really helped my leg pain.Walking and for work
