Mephisto Thomas Men's Comfortable Walking Sneakers - Lightweight & Supportive for Casual Wear, Travel, and Everyday Use

The pair I received didn't match the photo (of the black shoes) - the ones I received have a white bottom which I like better. The quality is very high. The laces do wear out quickly.This is my second pair of these shoes (I have them in black and blue). I wear them to work every day. I bought my first pair on sale at a premium store in WA state with a name that starts with Nords####. ;) I am very happy I did because they are great quality and I was able to figure out the right size in person.I typically wear mens 8.5 or 9 wide (EE). I wear size 8 in these and they fit me wonderfully. They are very comfortable and feel already broken in right out of the box.I mentioned the great quality. My original blue ones are about 2 years old now and look and feel like the day I bought them.Since these, my wife bought a different style of Mephisto shoes and they are now he “go-to” shoes as well.I know they are expensive, but as long as they last and how good they feel, I will choose quality over quantity. That said, I do have a couple pair of Mephisto shoes on my Amazon “wish list” if anyone is feeling generous. Ha ha…THE BESTI love Mephisto. I have worn them for years as many others have. I think these are the most comfortable and best looking tennis shoes I own ! Thank you.Great sneaker wide and comfortable. Very soft leatherI can do 40,000 steps a day in these, and my feet are fine. Even walking all day on concrete in the factory is still OK! They aren't just comfy; they seem to offer the same handmade quality that you get in London for several thousand dollars. They're not that expensive though. I'm going to buy this brand of shoes in the future!I am very happy with the shoes. You get what you pay for and Mephisto shoes continue to deliver comfort and High Quality.We were trying to find a replacement of my husband's favorite "all black" mephisto sneaker (1st pic of very worn out Thomas 380). I saw it was no longer an option at Mephistos page so I ordered based on the picture shown on the Amazon page for ShoeMart (2nd pic of what was in route - an all black shoe), but we recieved black with white trim (3rd pic). My husband doesn't want to wear it for work but he was happy to keep this new pair for non-work occasions as it is difficult to find comfy size 13 shoes. We ended up buying an all black sneaker from another brand called Clae which goes better with his work outfit though not as comfy like Mephistos!
