I purchased a size 9. My feet are a tad wide, but not too much. I still had room, and when I walked, there was some slippage in the back. I wore no show socks, that were fairly thin..maybe this was the cause? If you do not pull the shoe strings fully around the ankle, you will get a kind of weird fit at the ankle, especially when taking a step. Now, what I did later was put on a slightly thicker sock, pulled the strings snugly around the ankle area, and noticed a more snug fit which I liked. I took a step or two, and no slippage, but still had toe room. I gave 4 stars because there was some glue, I assume from it being made? The glue will not be noticeable to anyone unless they are really interested in your shoes, and NO ONE SHOULD BE ALL UP IN YOUR SPACE like that anyway! LOL! The color of the shoe is exactly as pictured (Gray/orange..pumpkin color). I purchased these for occasional wear. I have a fetish that my sneakers MUST match with my tops! This worked well with my Schoolhouse Rock tee! LOL! I'm not sure how they would hold up athletically??? For me? They will work for an occasional outing. I hope this review was helpful!!! But I am in love with themI really like the light weight of the shoe and comfortI own 2pair and will get another pair in a different colorI actually like these sneakers light weight comfortable, just a lil scrape on the writing on one sneaker, but for 16.00$ no complaints.??‍♀️?These shoes are great!!! Great product for a great price and beyond comfortable... As I work in retail and I am on my feet literally all day I have found these past few years its been pretty much impossible to find a decent pair of shoes to "stand up" to the task... But these are absolutely COMFORTABLE!!!So they are comfortable, i will say i bought two, one for gym and one for work. Work the first week killed me but i was already hurting from some safety shoes we had to wear hence reason i got these. After the first week it wasn't as bad. I guess i had broke them in. I did notice i felt different once i walked out the building so i know the building itself sucks. Even though they eventually stopped hurting i still got inserts to put in, i will say they can be tight around the ankles and you can't really adjust those, but they do loosen up the more you wear them.Would recommend sizing up a half size if you might use wide in shoe preferences. The shoe opening is a little snug but the design of the soles make them amazing gym, walk, and everyday shoes.Love the shoe just needed a bigger size
